樹仁大學歷史系助理教授周子峰，以中學生為對象出版《速讀香港史》，但行文立場相當偏頗。該書提到六七暴動是源於左派長期受港英政府壓迫，暴動後港英政府「實行歧視政策，妖魔化左派」，又指03年有親泛民傳媒誇大報道23條立法，更指控近年有示威者涉嫌得到外國勢力支援。
